Pyrene cardigan is designed to be worked seamlessly from the neck down.

It features a textured lace round yoke adorned with intricate embossed branches and berries and higher back neck for a perfect fit. Complete with a classic buttoned front, versatile short or long sleeve options, and neat rib finishes on the hem and sleeves.

It is crafted using soft Scheepjes Kindsome yarn - a unique blend of natural wool and compostable polyester - the first of its kind, perfectly pairing cloud-like softness with a clever touch of science.

Materials and Tools:

Yarn (Sport/ 6 ply; includes 10% buffer):
 

• Scheepjes Kindsome (60% Wool x 40% Compostable Polyester, 50g/ 150m) in 715/ Sage Leaf

  • Long sleeve version: 500 (540, 580, 620, 660, 700) g/10 (11, 12, 13, 14, 14) skeins

  • Short sleeve version: 350 (390, 430, 480, 510, 550) g/ 7 (8, 9, 10, 11, 11) skeins

Tools:
 

• Crochet hooks: 4 mm or size to obtain gauge, 1 mm smaller hook for the first row (optional)

• Notions: Tapestry needle, stitch markers

• Buttons: 13-15 mm (½") diameter - 7 (7, 7, 7, 8, 8) pieces
