How to download your Etsy order:
Thank you for your order!
Etsy uses an automated digital delivery system and there are 3 ways to download a pattern:
1) When the order confirmation appears on the screen, you have immediate access to the pattern via the “View downloads” button:
2) From a link in automated Etsy email. If you can't find it, check Spam or Junk folder.
3) You can also log into your Etsy account on a browser (NOT Etsy app), go to Purchases, find the order from OutstandingCrochet, navigate to Download Files.

4) If you still have problems downloading, please, contact me via Etsy message.
The automated system can have problems sometimes, but I will make sure you receive the pattern. If you have a Ravelry account, please, mention your Ravelry name. I can send the pattern to your Ravelry library.
How to Watch YouTube Videos in Dutch (or Other Languages)
Did you know you can listen to YouTube videos in different languages using YouTube's auto-translated audio feature? If you prefer to hear instructions in Dutch - or another language - you can easily change the audio track right inside the video player.
Here is how to switch the language on both mobile and desktop:
On a Mobile Device (Phone or Tablet):

Open the video you want to watch.

Tap the screen quickly to bring up the player controls.

Tap the Gear icon ⚙️ (Settings) in the top right corner.

Tap Audio track.
-
Select Dutch (or your preferred language) from the drop-down menu.
On a Computer (PC or Mac):

Open the video in your web browser.

Hover your mouse over the video screen to reveal the control bar.

Click the Gear icon ⚙️ (Settings) at the bottom right of the video.

Click Audio track.
Note: This feature relies on YouTube's available multi-language audio tracks. If you don't see the "Audio track" option on a specific video, you can also enable translated Subtitles/CC under the same Gear icon menu by selecting Subtitles/CC > Auto-translate > Dutch.
How to print an enlarged mosaic chart:
Some of my patterns include an additional file with mosaic charts split into 4 parts for easier enlarged printing.
Starting with the Parrot pattern, I switched to providing high-resolution charts instead. Gradually, I will update all my mosaic patterns with these charts and eliminate extra files.
If you'd like to print the chart across multiple pages, below you will find a demonstration on how to print it as a poster from Adobe Acrobat app on your PC. I recommend using 4 pages—I've tested it, and it prints clearly with overlap so you can easily tape or glue the pages together.
Mislukte iDeal-transactie
Als je hebt betaald met iDeal, maar de bestelling niet ziet en het item nog steeds in je winkelwagentje staat, is dit waarschijnlijk het gevolg van een mislukte iDeal-transactie.
Volgens Etsy is de reden voor de mislukte iDeal-transactie dat je de aankoop hebt bevestigd op de website van je bank, maar niet bent teruggekeerd naar Etsy om je bestelling te voltooien. Etsy zal automatisch een terugbetaling uitvoeren en je zult dit binnen de volgende 5 werkdagen op je bankafschrift zien. Verkopers op Etsy hebben geen toegang tot transacties, dus ik kan je daar niet mee helpen. Je kunt contact opnemen met Etsy Help voor verdere assistentie.
