How to download your Etsy order:

Thank you for your order!

Etsy uses an automated digital delivery system and there are 3 ways to download a pattern:

​

1) When the order confirmation appears on the screen, you have immediate access to the pattern via the “View downloads” button:

2) From a link in automated Etsy email. If you can't find it, check Spam or Junk folder.

3) You can also log into your Etsy account on a browser (NOT Etsy app), go to Purchases, find the order from OutstandingCrochet, navigate to Download Files.

4) If you still have problems downloading, please, contact me via Etsy message.

The automated system can have problems sometimes, but I will make sure you receive the pattern. If you have a Ravelry account, please, mention your Ravelry name. I can send the pattern to your Ravelry library.

Mislukte iDeal-transactie

Als je hebt betaald met iDeal, maar de bestelling niet ziet en het item nog steeds in je winkelwagentje staat, is dit waarschijnlijk het gevolg van een mislukte iDeal-transactie.
Volgens Etsy is de reden voor de mislukte iDeal-transactie dat je de aankoop hebt bevestigd op de website van je bank, maar niet bent teruggekeerd naar Etsy om je bestelling te voltooien. Etsy zal automatisch een terugbetaling uitvoeren en je zult dit binnen de volgende 5 werkdagen op je bankafschrift zien. Verkopers op Etsy hebben geen toegang tot transacties, dus ik kan je daar niet mee helpen. Je kunt contact opnemen met Etsy Help voor verdere assistentie.

  • After your payment, you automatically receive an email to the address you provided or to the address associated with your PayPal account. You can download PDF file(s) from that email, access it from your Ravelry library, or log into your Etsy account and press DOWNLOAD button from your order.

  • Any technical questions should be addressed to mentioned sellers, but feel free to contact me and we will find a solution together!

  • Ravelry accepts payments via PayPal where you can also choose option "credit / debit card" if you don't have a PayPal account (credit card option is not available for some countries).

  • Etsy accepts different types of payments.

  • If you feel like you can not give me a 5 Star Review, please, let me know how I can improve.

International buyers will have to pay VAT associated with buyer's country in addition to the pattern cost.

SALES and USE taxes:

Your purchase on Etsy or Ravelry is a subject for these taxes. Rates differ for all states in USA.

Refund Policy:

Due to digital nature of PDF patterns there is no refund possible on the purchase if you downloaded a pattern.

I will refund 100% if you haven't downloaded any files. Thank you for understanding!

Selling Finished Items:

You may sell finished items, based on my patterns, just follow these regulations:

  • Keep a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.

  • The items cannot be mass-produced.

  • Items must be made only by the buyer.

  • Give credentials to Natalia Kononova at www.OutstandingCrochet.com as the pattern designer on a tag affixed to each item and in the listing if selling on-line.

  • You may make alterations to the pattern, but you must still link to the original pattern and credit Natalia Kononova at www.OutstandingCrochet.com on the item’s tags and listings. Thank you!
