Warm and comfortable, this box sweater futures an interesting shape, a shawl collar and tassels accent. Simple stitches, minimum shaping and step pictures make this pattern suitable for beginners. Bottom bands and a collar are made along with body parts. Sleeves are picked from the body. Sleeve bands are joined as you go. To finish make side and sleeve seams.

• Worsted / Medium / #4 weight yarn. Shown here Caron One Pound (100% Acrylic, 453.6 g / 16 oz / 742 m / 812 yds) in Soft Sage color, 670 (750, 830, 860, 930, 1000) g / 1200 (1343, 1486, 1540, 1665, 1791) yds.

• Crochet hook 4.25 mm / G-6 or size to obtain gauge. Crochet hooks 5 mm / H-8 for collar only and 3.5 mm / E-4 for front and back first row only.

• 3 stitch markers, tapestry needle.

Sizes:

• S (M, L, XL, 2X, 3X) / 86 (96, 106, 116, 126, 136) cm / 33 7/8 (37 ¾, 41 ¾, 45 ¾, 49 5/8, 53 ½) '' in bust, later in the pattern sizes S (M, L, 1X, 2X, 3X).
