  • Bag is 35cm/ 13 ¾'' wide and 38cm/ 15'' tall. Handles are about 50cm/ 19 ¾''.

Recommended materials: 

  • Sheepjes Cotton8 - yarn (100% cotton, fingering weight, 170m / 185.9yds / 50g).
    Bag:
    - Yarn1: 270g/ 6 skeins/ 1004yds in 700/Light Gray color.
    - Yarn2: 100g/ 2 skeins/ 372yds in 657/Dark Brown or 659/Light Brown colors.
    - Yarn3: 40g/ 1 skein/ 149yds in 722/Ochre color.
    - Lining: about 43x75cm/ 17x29 ½'' of quilted fabric (measure finished bag before buying), matching sewing thread, sewing machine.
    - Stitch-on magnet clasp.
    Pillow:
    - Yarn1: 340 (420)g/ 7 (9) skeins/ 1264 (1562)yds in 700/Light Gray color.
    - Yarn2: 110g (120)g/ 3 skeins/ 409 (447)yds in 657/Dark Brown or 659/Light Brown colors.
    - Yarn3: 50g/ 1 skein/ 186yds in 722/Ochre color.
    - Filler/ pillow insert.
    Bag and pillow:

Gauge: 

  • Back post double crochet stitch made in rounds: 23 sts x 18 rows = 10 x 10cm/ 4 x 4''. Gauge is not important for this project, but if your gauge is less, make sure to have some extra yarn.
